We were introduced to KDG back in October 2024. They were recommended by a sister company of ours. Our goal was to transition from multiple programs to one program to help streamline and automate as many processes as possible. In order to accomplish this, we needed a company like KDG to help with the customization of the program to accommodate the different needs of the different roles within our organization. They've spent so much time with us, starting with each employee to understand what they need - They've truly been a partner. I would recommend KDG to ANYONE wanting to transition into a simplified system where efficiency and transparency is key.

We experienced a breath of fresh air when we switched to VLink's Managed Solution. They carefully analyzed our entire ecosystem and offered multiple recommendations for improving our system (not just one). They also implemented various cost-saving measures. Smith Consulting INC....I could and will change my star rating if you can make an improvement! Could you have some type of online information (via Google Maps, Your very own website etc) that would allow people to know who the owner, co-owner, management, etc are and some companies even give years worked with you, direct number or email to specific employees, how the owner came about owning and so on! I think the staff from the owner to the assembly people in the warehouse are all exceptional great down to earth people! It's always been very welcoming and accepted and I really like how the owner and management run this business!!! I was just noticing the lack of draw to this business, the missing information some like to read, future employees who'd want a better idea of who they will be dealing with and maybe how it all started to today and forgive me but a HUGE LACK of any attraction to your (what looks like online) ""boring, dull, lifeless" company! So why don't you change that because you are a wonderful caring family oriented down to earth courteous company plus so much more! I think you should make that know!

During the initial telephonic conversation, I clearly communicated my compensation expectations to the recruiter/HR, and they confirmed that it aligned with their budget. Based on that, we proceeded with multiple rounds — including four technical interviews and a final HR discussion — where I was selected at every stage.However, after clearing all rounds and following up for the final update, I was informed that they do not have the budget to match my expectation. This was both surprising and disappointing.👎 What Went Wrong:If the budget didn’t match my expectations, it should have been clearly communicated at the start.Proceeding with the full process only to backtrack due to budget issues is a poor experience for any candidate.It felt like a waste of time and effort on both sides.🙏 My Suggestion to the Company:Please ensure clarity from the very beginning regarding budget constraints. If the candidate’s expectation isn’t feasible, it’s perfectly okay to be upfront during the initial discussion rather than delaying the communication until the final stage. Respecting a candidate’s time and effort is key to building a good employer brand.

This company is not good. They called me for an interview and then sent me back home, saying they would take the interview on Google Meet instead. After the interview, they told me that I was not selected. When I asked for the reason, they said they couldn’t give feedback because multiple interviews were conducted. Very bad — this is not good behavior. They are just wasting employees’ time.
