I had a great experience working with DesignLoud over the past three months! Vanessa and Colleen were absolutely phenomenal to work with. They handled all of our social media content and were always creative, responsive, professional, and just genuinely nice people.We had a lot of fun working together, and I really appreciated the energy and effort they put into promoting our business. They made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and I’m very glad we had the opportunity to work with them. Let me start by saying, I can clearly see that they are a reputable company based on their other reviews, however this is just my personal experience.I hired them to build our property management company a website. Without diving into every little detail, it just seems as though once the owner gets you under contract, the service goes down and then once they have you "off their plate" there doesn't seem to be much loyalty. Just profit over anything. Had a handful of small changes I was hoping to make to our website shortly after it was completed. These were simple changes. All I got back was a several thousand dollar quote. I understand business and that a company has to make money but there is a fine line on when you just do it and when you charge. On our business, if we can go a little above and beyond for our customer, we will do it to keep the relationship strong. This did not seem to be the case with DesignLoud. We had several projects that me and my partners were hoping to use them on in the future so this was disappointing. Again, just my experience and how I was left feeling by the end of it.

Working with the Creative Shizzle marketing team seriously elevated my solopreneur business and events, not to mention every one on the team is efficient, friendly, and great at what they do. The total control and visibility you get on active projects definitely made me feel comfortable handing over my brand, and the team frequently brought things to my attention that I didn't even know to ask for! The pricing is also very flexible, and you have total control over your subscription (there are no weird hoops to jump through to downgrade, upgrade, or cancel altogether). Now that my marketing bases are covered, I'm still working with Creative Shizzle on an a la carte basis and can't recommend them enough. If you need a remote marketing agency with the skills to manage multiple varied requests, look no further!

I would highly recommend working with Thompson & Prince! I worked with the team to redo our (eye sore of a) pitch deck and they were absolutely phenomenal. It was clear that they understood what investors wanted to see and the health & wellness space more broadly. They worked within our brand guidelines to present different options for the look and feel of the deck. Once I selected an option, they iterated on the slides and quickly incorporated any feedback I had to create the final version. They were very communicative and speedy while delivering high quality work. They finished all of this in less than two weeks and would have finished sooner if I had given them feedback faster. They go above and beyond to make sure that their client loves the final product and to support your business as a founder. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them and they really surpassed my expectations. I would definitely work with them again!
