I worked closely with The Grove Creative team on our recent rebranding project, including a website redesign with some motion graphics and updated collateral templates. It was a pretty massive endeavor, and we were extremely pleased with the final deliverables. The team was flexible and willing to work with us to get the final versions where they needed to be to bring our vision to life. We were able to do a lot of feedback and communication async, but they were also willing to jump on a call when needed to gain clarity or work through a challenge collaboratively. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with The Grove Creative team again or recommend them to others.

I highly recommend staying away! Our experience with ReadyShark Digital was by far one of the worst we've had with any service provider. From start to finish — unprofessional, slow and unclear communication, and the work delivered was poor quality, nowhere near the standard they claim to provide.On top of that, instead of taking responsibility and improving, all we got were excuses, delays, and an overall unwillingness to genuinely solve the issues. It honestly felt like a huge waste of our time, money, and energy.If you're looking for a serious, professional, and reliable digital agency — keep looking. RedShark Digital is definitely not it.

We needed to have our contact form reworked as it was not sending emails to us letting us know someone had completed the form. This was costing us business.Avery at Red Shark was able to get his team on it immediately and corrected the issue. The team at Red Shark is next level. They are quick to respond throughout the project process. Account manager Matt has a warm presence and is very transparent and helpful throughout the process. Abby from the Development Team works very hard with tight deadlines. And of course, Marketing Director Alaina is awesome and a great spirit. Everyone I have worked with at RSD has been amazing. Let me start by saying, I can clearly see that they are a reputable company based on their other reviews, however this is just my personal experience.I hired them to build our property management company a website. Without diving into every little detail, it just seems as though once the owner gets you under contract, the service goes down and then once they have you "off their plate" there doesn't seem to be much loyalty. Just profit over anything. Had a handful of small changes I was hoping to make to our website shortly after it was completed. These were simple changes. All I got back was a several thousand dollar quote. I understand business and that a company has to make money but there is a fine line on when you just do it and when you charge. On our business, if we can go a little above and beyond for our customer, we will do it to keep the relationship strong. This did not seem to be the case with DesignLoud. We had several projects that me and my partners were hoping to use them on in the future so this was disappointing. Again, just my experience and how I was left feeling by the end of it.

Working with the Creative Shizzle marketing team seriously elevated my solopreneur business and events, not to mention every one on the team is efficient, friendly, and great at what they do. The total control and visibility you get on active projects definitely made me feel comfortable handing over my brand, and the team frequently brought things to my attention that I didn't even know to ask for! The pricing is also very flexible, and you have total control over your subscription (there are no weird hoops to jump through to downgrade, upgrade, or cancel altogether). Now that my marketing bases are covered, I'm still working with Creative Shizzle on an a la carte basis and can't recommend them enough.
