Oxagile took the time to really understand how our real estate agency works before building the AI calling agent. The custom solution was designed around actual sales process, and it now handles the first call with a lead. It speaks Latvian, asks the right questions, qualifies leads, arranges a callback, and gives human agents a qualified lead with the transcript attached. We've already seen a clear business impact, with at least three solid deals a month coming from conversations initiated by the Austra Nova AI call center. Leads are contacted and qualified much faster, and the cost per lead has also come down. What we appreciated most was how closely they worked with AVER's team throughout the project. Our sales people reviewed call recordings, shared their feedback, and Oxagile used it to continuously improve the scripts and the solution. It felt much more like working with internal team members than with an external technology provider. Just as importantly, they managed to deliver a highly customized solution much faster than we expected. Their use of Anthropic's Claude throughout the development process helped move quickly. For a company of our size, we didn't expect to get this level of customization, flexibility, and speed without a large investment, but Oxagile made it possible.
