After making the final paymenton the understanding that we would continue refining the website during the agreed three-month technical support periodI was met with limited follow-up on my comments.I provided organized feedback in a Google Doc, categorized as critical or normal, expecting proactive communication and updates. Instead, I had to engage in constant follow-ups, a process I only expect when working with freelancers, not professional agencies.
