      After hiring Verbsz Marketing (Dec 2023 - Sept 2024), our 19-year-old treatment center suffered a catastrophic 90% decline in web traffic, plummeting from 30,000 to roughly 300 daily visitors. We paid over $61,000 for their services, only to have them implement "black hat" tactics including aggressive keyword stuffing and 200+ "doorway" pages that directly violate Google's guidelines. These practices have been penalized by Google since the early 2000s, making Verbsz's use of them professionally negligent.Despite their Google Partner badge, they ignored fundamental SEO best practices. The resulting penalties were so severe they contributed to us laying off 25% of our staff and nearly shuttered our business. We have since been forced to completely rebuild our website and overhaul our entire SEO strategy to recover.Their technical negligence is paired with operational dishonesty. While claiming a "US-based" presence, they appear to operate out of virtual offices with actual operations based in India. Furthermore, they maintain a network of 1,783 "location" pages on their own site that act as doorway pages identical content swapped with different city names. To add insult to injury, they linked our website to this spam network, forcing us to manually disavow 500+ toxic backlinks to prevent them from continuing to harm our domain even after we terminated the contract.We reached out months ago requesting a resolution for the damage caused, but Verbsz has completely ghosted all communications. If you are a business owner, you are best served to take your business elsewhere. Their tactics are a liability that could destroy your digital presence. Stay far, far away from Verbsz.
