We hired Graphically Speaking to build a completely custom website. After doing a fully comprehensive search for companies, Graphically Speaking kept coming onto our short list. We set up a meeting and walked through in detail what we were looking for.Our original Project Manager was very responsive and helpful. We got an estimate of the costs and after a few more meetings we signed the contract.The team at Graphically Speaking got started within the week. Due to unexpected situations we needed to put the project on hold at various times. Our project manager ended up being Dale.Dale is a very patient and thorough person and is a large part of the great success that we have, I highly recommend him. With us putting the project on hold at least twice, they were extremely accommodating and very responsive.Our site is very large with over 100 pages and doing a project of this scope there will always be some problems and issues. What counts the most is how are the customers concerns resolved. With Dale, all questions and concerns were dealt with immediately to our satisfactionDale was always very calming and reassuring. This goes a long way helping us to get back on track and put us at ease that our project is a top priority.I highly recommend Graphically Speaking for all website related services and want to thank them for all the hard work.
