Alejandro did an incredible job helping me finish my PC build. He worked quick and efficiently, but never rushed, taking the time to explain what he was doing along the way. I learned a lot from him throughout the process. Not only did he get everything running smoothly and set up perfectly, but he also cleaned it up so it looked sleek and organized. His service was professional, friendly, and super easy to work with, making the whole experience stress-free. He is a genuine and humble person offering his services on a donation basis, making quality PC support accessible to everyone. I definitely recommend Alejandro to anyone looking for PC help!

Hands-down the most solid guy out there that understands PCs. Alejandro is super understanding, patient, and honest. When he found out that my (outstandingly dingy) PC had engineering samples and wouldn't be considered for much of the salt I paid for for it, he told me straight up, something I really appreciate.Alejandro saw my vision for my dream PC setup and wanted to bring it into motion. He advised me in what I could do to better it and what could enhance the visuals.Alejandro also took my old PC and was able to salvage its parts, getting rid of what needed to be gone, and saving the parts that could be used once more. It saved me a lot of money. While we were chatting about my PC, he was also very down-to-earth and wanted to get to know more about me. He didnt see me as a client but as a fellow community member he wanted to help. Alejandro emphasized that it wasn't about the traction he got, but the people he was able to help and connect with.A bright, awesome guy who definitely loves doing what he does. I cannot recommend him enough. If you're wanting a new PC/needing help with PCs/want to consult someone--Alejandro is your guy!

Great service! Alejandro helped me build my computer into my pelican case. He got the job done quickly and had it back to me the next day. He also helped me reboot an old laptop that no one else could fix. I'm really impressed! I would highly recommend Alejandro 100%.

Mark and his team at MAC5 Web Design & Marketing crafted a beautifully designed website for me on WordPress. Mark was very professional, supportive and informative throughout the entire process and made sure that I fully understood the complexities of developing and marketing my website. Trust is always an important consideration when employing someone to work on a new project and Mark’s open communication and transparency comforted me when I was feeling ‘technically challenged’. I would highly recommend MAC5 Web Design & Marketing for anyone wanting a gorgeous, functional website.

I own and operate a health and fitness studio and recently went through some re-branding that involved a complete re-do of my website and an introduction to social media channels I was unfamiliar with. As an outdoors, food, and fitness fanatic, I spend less time with technological devices than most people; subsequently I am intimidated by a lot of rapidly advancing technology. Mark at MAC5 Web Design & Marketing was extremely patient, motivating, and encouraging from our first meeting to present and has helped me develop an understanding of the tech side of my business at a pace I can manage. I know he strives to understand his client so that the services and instruction he provides will be most suitable and the best value possible. As a self-confessed tech-challenged business woman, I can confidently recommend Mark to anyone - especially small businesses who appreciated the extra customer service and one-on-one hands-on service Mark provides.
