  We had an older legacy software platform that was in need of an upgrade. As product manager, I first hired Informulate to perform a code and architecture review. They did a great job and provided specific actionable feedback. We then entrusted them with doing a complex rewrite that maintained backward compatibility with our older application in a phased upgrade. This partial upgrade approach they suggested went really well. We minimized risk while going live with about a 1/3rd of the platform. Upgraded users absolutely love the new platform and functionality. Over the past 2 years, the Informulate team has certainly gained my organization's trust and as a team we are even more ambitious about the future.What makes Informulate a team we continue to recommend is their agile management style. It helps us make data-driven decisions and ultimately reduce wasted time and resources. Additionally, we appreciate the Informulate teams' forward-thinking ability. When entrenched IN the business, it's difficult to work ON the business. Having an expert outside opinion has been successful to plan and prepare for strategic business alignment with today's fast-paced digital world.

  We started with Informulate about a year ago. We have a custom portal with a Salesforce backend that is a core part of how we engage our customers. We've worked with multiple vendors over the past few years, and Informulate will be the company we work with moving forward. Speed to market, responsiveness, friendliness of the team, and the aptitude to 'see' our vision and turn it into reality is what separates them from everyone else. Informulate has a great reputation in the community and it is obvious why they are leading the market. Informulate has taken ownership of our codebase and is rewriting to a new version - which I am very excited about. The meetings are well-managed and I can see that we are moving quickly to a much more productive and predictable cadence. Overall, this is a great team with visionary leadership, and I truly enjoy the partnership.
