We experienced a breath of fresh air when we switched to VLink's Managed Solution. They carefully analyzed our entire ecosystem and offered multiple recommendations for improving our system (not just one). They also implemented various cost-saving measures. We incrementally upgraded our equipment and software solution as needed. You can choose from a variety of options, and they will work according to your timeline, your needs, your budget, and your staff's ability to change. I have not detected a lapse-in fact as far as knowledge is concerned, and I have learned much from them! Which is of particular importance since we work around the clock.

Horrible company. Milked every meeting and never gave me what I wanted. Too long of a story and you'll see at the end why I don't want to put in any details. In the end it was a waste of my time. After I let them have it for what they caused me, I started receiving anonymous harassment on the internet and phone.
