  I met with Mark, after he was already engaged on the website project with our team. We are super busy, so he was amazingly patient with us and moved along based on our schedule. We requested an in-office meeting which was not an issue. We provided him with a lot of edits - which were minor because he got us 95% done. Instead of him taking the edits and doing them later, we turned on the computer at our office and we got it done together. Additionally, we had a lot of SEO + Ads questions along with Facebook and Instagram marketing questions. He was clear with his communications, strategies and recommendations. We are so excited to get the new site up and get things rolling. What is amazing about Mark and his team is they are so ETHICAL that they setup the Google Ads + Google Webmaster Tools + Google Analytics + Google Business Listings (Maps) and Hosting Account and Domain Registration all in our business account - so we are always the owner of these assets.   We have been in business since 1970, that is 54+ years, 2nd generation for FREIGHT SHIPPING SERVICES. Yes, we have an established business but I could not find a way to get new customers and our website was so old, it was hurting us to even close any new business I could find. I found Mark and his team online and then reading the Google reviews, I decided to call him.
