It has been an absolute pleasure to work with CH Web Agency. When we set out to redesign and revamp our website, we issued an RFP that ended up being nationally competitive. While most firms led with their own qualifications and work samples, CH Web's proposal stood out as the only one we received that also went point-by-point through our RFP to thoughtfully address the issues we identified and goals that we had for the redesign and development of our new site. Once their proposal was accepted, Oxana and Joe met with members of our leadership team in person and via Zoom to gain a stronger understanding of our organization, our programs, and our goals for serving our stakeholders through the improved site. They brought an excellent attention to detail to the project, a curiosity about our organization, and a desire to really udnerstand how our stakeholders use our website and where it could be improved. CH Web outlined a well though-out process and timeline that ensured we launched on time, that content was thoroughly reviewed and updated, and that the features we requested performed exactly as we hoped.
