Total Networks has been the IT provider for our growing law firm for over a decade. It is the most professional and capable provider we have dealt with in the 50 years we have been practicing law. Its personnel are uniformly excellent. I can recommend this firm without reservation.

We were using Leeshanok Network Solutions for their managed services, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One glaring issue was the consistently slow response time. When facing problems, the delay in getting assistance was frustrating and impacted the efficiency of our operations. The repair time for issues was unreasonably long. Critical problems took an unacceptable amount of time to be addressed, causing disruptions to our business processes. This lack of urgency was disappointing and hindered our ability to maintain a seamless workflow. We found the level of professionalism to be lacking Some people were ok, but some weren't. Communication was often unclear, and the overall approach to problem-solving seemed disorganized. It left me questioning the competence and commitment of the team at Leeshanok.I expected a higher standard of service, and unfortunately, this was not met.

LeeShanok - what an amazing team. Very thoughtful when it comes to clients time too! From the start of my problem to the end it took less than 10 minutes to correct (virus threat). Everyone is kind and professional - just a great cherry on top of the experience.

Leeshanok provides simple to understand and useful training sessions that can be accomplished over lunch. Both network and mobile device security considerations are presented in keeping up with the changing dynamics of internet security. And of course, they are available to meet the needs of your specific projects; all you have to do is ask for help.

Visionary IT Services is the place you should call for basic and advanced IT needs. They were able to come in and essentially save our company when our IT tech abruptly stopped working for us. They are always very quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable and fair priced! We spoke to multiple IT companies before choosing Visionary and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

Nick is incredibly knowledgeable and was thoughtful about matching our needs with the perfect system. He clearly explained the game plan, and then executed it flawlessly! Prior to meeting Nick, we had an expensive system that never worked properly that we purchased from a different company. Nick was able to “right the ship,” and we are elated with the results! Thanks Nick for the help!

IoLogik is by far one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Nick and his team (I've worked with Nick and Chris so far) are very responsive, and always know exactly what to do to fix the issues I have. Trust me, I must have some electromagnetic field around me, because I always have the weirdest things happen....monitor won't respond, monitor magically changes resolution, laptop won't connect, you name it, I have probably experienced it. The ioLogik team never gets annoyed or frustrated no matter how many tickets I put in, nor do they minimize my requests or make me feel foolish. This company is made up of consummate professionals and I highly recommend them!! Hire them! You will not be disappointed.

It was truly refreshing to talk with someone who has a wealth of knowledge about computers and the associated equipment. They were able to solve my problem with a hard drive. I believe Microsoft changed something on the transition to windows 10/11 that caused problems for me when trying to access my old hard drive.iologic was able to recover my data; quickly.Great people to work with. They LISTEN!

Outstanding! First time customer and needed a repair on my older Buffalo NAS storage system which has been inaccessible for the past month+. This was an older unit that was probably on its last legs. Technician Cristian came out and did not give up, even when things were looking pretty dire. Ultimately, after about 90 minutes, he was able to both diagnose the problem, and got the NAS accessible once again. Whew!! I was impressed as these folks obviously understand more than just computers, they are networking experts. It’s always impressive when a company under-promises, and over-delivers.This company was referred to me by my longtime printer in the deer Valley Airpark area, who also has had great success with them. The technician had a superb demeanor, and even though this was a relatively small job at my home office, I was treated professionally and cannot recommend Parkside Tech highly enough.

Parkside Tech was outstanding to work with on the opening of our new office. Ryan was easy to work with on the quote, the installation team was on time and completed the work timely. The pricing was very competitive. I have had them do two other jobs for me and plan to use them again in the next two weeks. I have had many offices wired over the years from 5,000 ft to 120,000 ft and this was the easiest install I have every had. I would recommend them to anyone!

Their ability to blend technical expertise with a deep understanding of business needs sets them apart in a crowded marketplace. But what truly sets Silverado apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. Throughout every stage of our engagement, their team was responsive, attentive, and genuinely invested in our success. Their collaborative approach fostered a sense of partnership, rather than a mere client-vendor relationship, which made the entire experience not only productive but enjoyable.Raul RamirezIT Manager
