After working here for 9 years, I finally had to leave because of the management style of my reporting manager. Many of my team members had raised complaints multiple times, but no one in HR or higher management cared to listen.There is no opportunity to learn new things or grow in your career. Instead of skill development, the reporting manager forces employees to do repetitive tasks even during free time, which feels like a complete waste of potential.The reporting manager is also very biased - very supportive towards female employees but extremely strict with male employees, applying rules like in a school. Despite being in Tatvasoft for more than 15 years, he still goes for lunch alone - which clearly shows how disconnected he is from his own team.Sadly, instead of valuing long-term employees, the company culture pushes people to resign. Definitely not recommended for anyone looking for growth and a fair, employee-friendly workplace.

We had to relocate expensive hardware from one data center to another. The technical services of the data center do not do any preliminary work in order to prepare the servers for relocation and transportation. We had to look for contractors in Frankfurt. After negotiating with three different companies, we’ve opted for cloudKleyer. Within a day, we sent them the terms of reference for our project and in a few days their specialists started working with us. We really liked the approach of this company to the task. While the work wasbeing done, we received detailed reports in messengers with videos and photos ofhardware. The transportation and connection to the new data center also went smoothly and without incident. We have a very positive impression about the cooperation. Hi everyone! Some time ago we had to buy and place in the data center 2 Cisco ASA 5506 gateways, one for current work, another one as a backup. We’ve been checking out the market and looked for a data center that could provide us with such hardware. We’ve contacted 5 different companies to find the gateways with the same requirements. Someone ignored our queries, someone promised to reply and never did, from someone we received a reply that “we are working on it”, but after that no one contacted us. So we continued our search until we came across CloudKleyer. They responded within 15 minutes! Asked us the clarifying questions and after receiving answers to them - sent a quote the same day. After we paid them, we even did not have to go to the data center – they handled everything by themselves: installed the gateways, connected them, and provided us with remote access to configure devices. On request they made a photo of our hardware in the rack. I recommend CloudKleyer for cooperation.
