These people need to be stopped.Be very wary of them being in charge of your backups.They also set up your office in ways that make 0 sense. Instead of just doing a dedicated hdmi cable, they installed a weird cat 5 switch that we've been having issues with. The back of the computer had two hdmi ports. There was absolutely no reason to put in a switch besides charging more to add one. The tv's constantly go out do to their stupidity.I've been on hold for an hour to do a simple remote access connection. This is the 3rd time I've had to do this in the last month. In fact, I'm writing this review because i'm sick of waiting and gonna hang up again now.In the past, I had a team member request for IT Support and it took them 4 days to get remote access back up. We called multiple times and were on hold for 3 hours multiple times. The solution? Oh, that remote desktop was a little out of date and we needed to switch out the application (took 5 minutes).They've been understaffed for about a year.Part of IT is setting you up with a dedicated email support. If you don't have a business e-mail set up it hamstrings you and your team. If you do sign up with this team make sure you ask them for support with this but it's been 3 years and it's been a continual problem for us.Positive: They're cheap. You do get what you pay for though.

We had a pretty bad experience with our last IT company they left a bunch of holes in our system and we ended up getting hit with a ransomware attack. It was a nightmare. We reached out in a bit of a panic, and they jumped in right away. They were able to contain the damage, recover our data, and get us back up and running way faster than I expected.

They've have been a tremendous resource for us over the past four years...1st - They are SUPER-RESPONSIVE. Whether we're talking about small nuisances around the office or big OMG-type problems, there's always someone available to help.2nd - THEY SPEAK IN LANGUAGE WE UNDERSTAND. This is SO important. When I'm given suggestions about how to stabilize our network and security, they come down to my level. I really do know what they want to do and why.3rd - BNC technicians are HYPER-COMPETENT. We've got one fellow in particular assigned to our account, and we love having him in the building. He's like family. But when he brings in his counterparts to assist with larger projects, it's easy to see that they know their stuff too.Over the years, I've been solicited by a number of different IT companies. All of them want to know why I won't switch and give them a "try out." My reason?TECHNOLOGY IS THE BACKBONE OF OUR SUCCESS. Our network, workstations and security are of paramount importance. I'M NOT GAMBLING WITH THAT.The BNC team is about the best money can buy - and our experience has proven it again and again. Chasing lower "hourly rates" would be akin to stepping over dollars to pick up dimes... We're simply not going to do that.tldr: HIRE BNC FOR YOUR IT SERVICES - it'll help you sleep easy at night knowing your business is in good hands.
