Really cool place where, if you qualify you can help with market research and get paid! They are always looking for new people to test products and get a real opinion. The workers are super nice and are always open to answering any questions of concerns you may have. This is a fantastic way to make some easy money and try new products. I’ve been doing focus groups and surveys with J. Reckner since they had a location in Exton, Pa. I love the Visa gift card you get after completing a survey, and the location is easy to find!

I started working with VSA in 2016 after going through three other services over the prior two years. These other services were sole practitioners and very small operations. They lacked oversight and control, something on which VSA is strong. In other words, the work gets done.And when the work is done there are positive results.The communications is excellent (Michele is great), they are flexible to my client’s ever changing schedules, and the feedback from those with whom they set appointments for me is positive (about the caller and their demeanor). To the person on the other end of the call it seems the caller is part of my business, which means they are very professional. I highly recommend VSA, and have recommended them to others.

Our company has been working with VSA for about 5 years. They are such a great time and an extension to our sales and customer service team. They have both performed lead generation activities (i.e. appointment setting), as well as, customer service survey calls. VSA was quick to learn our ideal customers. They do a great job with getting to the right person. Our business is both service and product sales and VSA has a great grasp of what our objectives are.
