We engaged Digital Darts for a business growth report – and we would recommend it. Basically, we wanted to position our business for long-term growth but felt there were a lot of IT-related ‘intricacies’ that we were doing wrong. The growth report helped us identify where we were currently doing things wrong, research and understand the best IT-related practices, obtain valuable links and examples, and improve our customer interactions. We are working through the report ourselves as we wanted to research and understand the recommendations (Joshua provided quoted services to action the growth report). On the IT side of the business - without the report, we just fumbled along and discovered things as we made mistakes – or made mistakes we weren’t even aware of! There is a lot of information out there about how to do things right – often contradicting themselves – the report has just allowed us to cut through all that and focus on IT aspects that will help grow the business.

Wezom is an enterprise software development company with more than 275 specialists. We brought RGray in for startup marketing and growth marketing for a FinTech SaaS platform we had built for a client, an early stage startup with a finished product and almost no market presence. RGray started with their startup marketing foundation: market and competitor research, positioning and messaging, and a growth strategy built on three prioritized hypotheses, each with its own funnel and success metrics. They then implemented the channels: SEO, GEO for visibility inside AI search and AI assistants, PR and digital media, and paid user acquisition to test the funnels fast. Analytics and attribution were in place from the start.They also built AI into the daily marketing work: a custom multi agent system using Claude, Grok, Perplexity and Gemini for research, content production and localization, handed over with workflows, prompts and checklists. Two of the three hypotheses proved out, so we elaborated those two and their funnels. CAC started at $31 and fell to $16 by the end of the test campaign, below the industry average. The campaign brought around 2,500 activated users, which boosted revenue and gave us real data for funnel, user and product analysis. The client finished with a working acquisition system and the documentation to run it, not a set of campaigns. Project management was on time and on budget: weekly calls, a shared board with owners and deadlines, monthly reporting against the strategy metrics, same day answers. When our client's roadmap moved, they resequenced the plan in days. Most impressive: they think like product owners, not like a service agency, and they challenged our ICP and pricing assumptions correctly. One improvement: the early reports were denser than we needed, and they added an executive summary once we asked.
