I started working with Atmosol in 2017 when I needed to migrate 2 websites from Magneto to a SAS platform, Bigcommerce. I went with them because they were able to do some customizations that other companies either couldn't do or couldn't do at a reasonable price.I'm a small business and handle my websites for everything that comes with day to day operations. However, when there is something needs to be done that I can't do Atmosol does everything else. They have always gotten things done in a timely manor or ASAP if that's what was needed. I feel that they are fairly priced, I feel you can always find something cheaper, but what's the quality of work and the customer service behind the work. Honey is amazing and would recommend them.

Don't even bother. Apparently if you aren't a massive MSP they will just ghost you. Quoted out a $10k networking project, tried to order and literally got ghosted by my rep until I just gave up. Just order your equipment elsewhere because the frustration isn't worth the effort

This company is a FRAUD. Placed an order, was then notified it would be 2 months for delivery. Credit card was charged. I called to cancel the order and then my credit card was charged a 2nd time! Now, a few days later, my credit card has been charged a THIRD TIME!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a basic $100 printer and after 9 days it has never shipped. I have called Insight over 25 times in the past 5 days, left 2 voicemails, emailed and no response. Nobody answers the phones here, makes me wonder if the company exists. I would highly discourage anyone from thinking about working with this company until they get their customer service fixed. Really frustrating experience. I can't even return the purchase since it is just in limbo.
