I'm a small business owner that wanted a simple but professional website. After being referred to this company by an employee and friend. I showed Richard Nobles sr. project manager and Nick Holland, what i wanted done with my existing website. Shared examples of other website and compared how i wanted mine set up. I explained to the managers that my budget is $10-15k for a custom website. They agreed to me over the phone, that they can do the project for my price point. Made my initial $5000 payment, they quickly asked me for another $5000. Quickly ate up a total of $10k then asked me for another $10k. which would have been over budget. So i asked them what they completed with that money. Basically what i got was a digram of how the website would function and some power points. So i my eyes i paid $10,000 for their time and some paperwork. Once i told them that i dont have the money for over budget they quickly stopped and became very slow picking up calls and returning emails. After i explained that i wanted a final cost of the completion of the website. Nick could not come up with a final price and told me to pay another $2,500 to come up with up the numbers. Outraged that they took advantage of a small business owner took me a long time to invest that money. This set back from Quest Technology Managment is going to set me back months to be finically able to hire another company to finish this project. Highly not recommend!

  • Slow and cumbersome traditional insurance systems
  • Lack of customer engagement and poor customer experience
  • Complex and lengthy insurance management and renewal processes
  • Delays in claims processing
  • Data vulnerability and compliance issues
  • Limited customization

As more individuals seek insurance policies, insurers must provide top-notch services. Notably, 42% of customers prioritize speed of service when selecting an insurance provider, highlighting the importance of efficient and responsive customer care.

Success Story

Let's look at the following case study, which showcases how a specialized insurance app development company can equip businesses with powerful tools to deliver faster, more efficient services that meet consumer demands and drive success.

  • Challenge: Metlife faced inefficiencies with its traditional, paper-based insurance application process, which was slow, prone to errors, and time- and resource-consuming. It aimed to digitize and streamline the processes via a paperless insurance solution that could better serve its clients, brokers, and underwriters.
  • Solution: ADAMAPP developed a comprehensive insurance app for iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows. The app securely encrypts and stores data in the cloud to ensure offline functionality, preventing data loss and connection-related errors. The app was adaptable to different markets with varying insurance regulations, offering fast, paperless processes that improved broker productivity and application accuracy.
  • Results: ADAMAPP's insurance app development solutions reduced the processing time from several weeks to just 15 minutes, achieving a 10x better speed. It also helped complete over 3,000 applications in the first month and reduced paper waste by 90%.

Success Story

To highlight the impact of insurance app development services, our agency experts present the following case study demonstrating how Peerbits enhanced an insurance provider's app functionality and improved the UX for its customers in multiple regions.

  • Challenge: NLGIC, an insurance provider in the Gulf, approached Peerbits to develop a unified mobile app for Oman, Kuwait, and UAE by merging their existing separate apps. Each app previously offered distinct insurance services, which made database management complex. Additionally, NLGIC required an entirely new UI/UX design, improved app performance for convenient image uploads, and multiple payment gateway integrations.
  • Solution: Peerbits thoroughly analyzed three apps and merged them into one super app using native technology. The team centralized the operations, redesigned the UI/UX to ensure intuitive navigation, and implemented an image compression algorithm for seamless uploading. It also used tokenization to enhance payment gateway security for all three regions.
  • Results:In only 9 weeks, Peerbits successfully launched the minimum viable product (MVP), providing users in Oman, Kuwait, and UAE access to different services, including travel, medical, and motor insurance, via a single app. This consolidation improved database management, enhanced app performance with faster image uploads, and eased payment processing. The project continued with ongoing support and improvements over the next 18 months.
