I met these guys at the NRA (National Restaurant Association) show last year in Chicago. They seemed like good people at the time and so a few months later we decided to sign up with them to get some additional POS integration work done.In our conversations with their sales team, specifically with Alex Rodriguez, they had made some pretty bold promises. Despite our hesitations, Alex assured us that "they had extensive experience in this space for year and years" and could follow through on these promises.Within a week, we were onboarded to a team in India (not local like they say), and the dev team mentioned that they would not be able to help us with what promised by Alex.... they mentioned this on the first day.I said, well - this is not something we want to do then and so they respied "let us double check with our team and get back to you.. " ... and in the meantime, "we can work on looking at your current tech stack integrations"... I said "ok."Weeks passed, no response. Finally at the month mark, we had our 2nd bill from Chetu and an answer that they could not accomplish what we wanted but they had "improved some of our POS integrations" (whatever that means). I was frustrated and asked Alex the sales rep to stop the service immediately, to which he and the team replied that we had an agreement and that I would be stuck paying $5k for another few months for work I was not interested in getting done... I responded that I would not pay for a service that I did not ask for and that this was a breach of our initial agreement.I brought up our initial conversations and promises that were made when we signed to Alex. He ignored and passed me off to the devs and other members on the team....This company is unprofessional. They overpromise and underdeliver. And to this day, they call me and write me emails weekly asking for additional payments.To this day, I'm still waiting on a response from Alex from sales.What a joke. Steer clear of this company.

Hired Chetu a long time ago to start a project, between dealing with PMs and Devs in multiple time zones, an unorganized structure, and slow development, they could not even deliver an MVP product. Sales team promised a delivery in a certain timeframe, and no milestones were ever reached on time. Glad there are options now like Claude Code and Googles Antigravity to eliminate developers like this that are going to oversell, overcharge, and under deliver.

In early October, I started wondering whether I should hire a website developer to help build a site for my new family mediation business. I decided to post the job on Bark and received messages from about eight different companies. I scheduled interviews to find the right fit.The first interview I had was with Jay from 3 Ace Technologies—and we hit it off immediately. There was a warmth and confidence about him that made me feel he could bring my vision to life.Still, I kept interviewing. No one else came close.I chose to work with Jay and 3 Ace Technologies. From the very beginning, Jay understood that I had little experience starting a business or designing a website. He promised to guide me through every step—and he delivered.Jay took the time to explain the entire process, guided me on what I needed to complete, responded quickly to my questions and concerns, brainstormed ideas with me, and did everything possible to ensure I ended up with a website I loved.I’ll admit—I’m particular and detail-oriented. I often reviewed things and sent Jay a slew of messages, sometimes late at night. By morning, Jay would respond with affirming, supportive, and encouraging messages, always happy to make changes or do whatever was needed.
