I had an extremely disappointing experience with Boost Media Group. Upon leaving the company, I expected a proper and professional exit process, but unfortunately, this was not the case. The company failed to provide a clear and organized offboarding process, leaving me feeling undervalued and disregarded.To make matters worse, I did not receive the exact pay that I was owed. Reaching out to address this issue proved futile, as communication was either delayed or unhelpful. It’s disheartening to see a lack of respect and fairness towards employees who dedicated their time and effort to the organization.I strongly urge the management to reevaluate their policies and ensure employees are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve, especially during the critical offboarding stage. This experience has left a sour impression, and I cannot recommend this company to potential employees based on how they handle such matters.
