He asked strong, thoughtful questions to better understand exactly what I needed, and the email communication was clear from start to finish.Before reaching out, I had done an exhaustive search online for pen boxes and could not find anything that truly fit the presentation I wanted. I knew this packaging would need to be created in a very specific and unique way for my brand.Once we moved into the design stage, I received the die-cut/dieline information and was able to review the direction before moving forward.
