He asked strong, thoughtful questions to better understand exactly what I needed, and the email communication was clear from start to finish.Before reaching out, I had done an exhaustive search online for pen boxes and could not find anything that truly fit the presentation I wanted. I knew this packaging would need to be created in a very specific and unique way for my brand.Once we moved into the design stage, I received the die-cut/dieline information and was able to review the direction before moving forward. When the first samples/prototypes arrived, the overall look and quality were very good, but there were a few details that needed refinement to better match the luxury presentation I wanted for my pens.I explained the adjustments that were needed, and Luke made sure my concerns were taken seriously.
