I simply gave them some notes and a template design for a little bit of creative direction, and in a matter of weeks they sent me a design that blew us away! It was so much better than anything we could have imagined. It was unique, timeless, and represents the brand perfectly. The only edits we requested were when we decided to change the wording on the back label, and they replied with the corrections promptly so that we never missed a production deadline. From the first phone call, the process was handled professionally. Luke was my main point of contact, and he was helpful, responsive, and thorough throughout the entire process. He asked strong, thoughtful questions to better understand exactly what I needed, and the email communication was clear from start to finish. Before reaching out, I had done an exhaustive search online for pen boxes and could not find anything that truly fit the presentation I wanted. I knew this packaging would need to be created in a very specific and unique way for my brand. Once we moved into the design stage, I received the die-cut/dieline information and was able to review the direction before moving forward. When the first samples/prototypes arrived, the overall look and quality were very good, but there were a few details that needed refinement to better match the luxury presentation I wanted for my pens. I explained the adjustments that were needed, and Luke made sure my concerns were taken seriously. The corrections were made, and the final product turned out beautifully. The finished packaging is professional, clean, and aligned with the quality I wanted for my business. This was a unique custom project, and I am very pleased with the results. I would absolutely use this company again and would recommend them to other business owners looking for custom packaging.
