Rachel and Hannah were incredible! They were attentive, inclusive, and willing to adjust based on my team's feedback. Hannah was very proactive, and we didn't have to "ask" for this anything. It was just already available. She helped us craft a plan/roadmap and delivered against it as expected and often times above and beyond. As far as design, Rachel helped bring our ideas to life. She also leaned into the areas that we demonstrated more energy around. She pulled inspiration from a variety of areas to help us decide on a name and develop our 'branding starter-kit' including logo, style guide, and initial image assets. Both of them contributed in the design process and helped us focus which made our iterations more efficient.
