Digital Strategy Review from Meara Cummings

We've had a fantastic experience working with the New Target team so far in our rebranding project. This is the first formal rebrand in the organizations history, so it was critical to get it right. From day one, Hannah (account manager) and Rachel (lead designer) brought a thoughtful, collaborative, and incredibly well-structured approach to the process. They have worked seamlessly with our rebrand committee, balancing creative exploration with clear communication and deadlines that kept us moving forward. After this strategic and thoughtful approach has resulted in a modern new logo and comprehensive brand guidelines that truly capture the spirit of the association. We are so grateful for their partnership and would highly recommend New Target to any organization looking for a creative / digital partner!

Digital Strategy Review from Anisha Carter

Rachel and Hannah were incredible! They were attentive, inclusive, and willing to adjust based on my team's feedback. Hannah was very proactive, and we didn't have to "ask" for this anything. It was just already available. She helped us craft a plan/roadmap and delivered against it as expected and often times above and beyond. As far as design, Rachel helped bring our ideas to life. She also leaned into the areas that we demonstrated more energy around. She pulled inspiration from a variety of areas to help us decide on a name and develop our 'branding starter-kit' including logo, style guide, and initial image assets. Both of them contributed in the design process and helped us focus which made our iterations more efficient.

I have worked with New Target (and its predecessor) for twenty years. My business would not have been successful without their excellent assistance. They have redeveloped my website and kept it running smoothly. They have done a wonderful job with their digital marketing and work closely with me to create new directions for advertising.

In short, PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.The 1 star is only for the photography, I genuinely wish I could give 0 for the videography. My experience with Macrohype was absolutely horrible, and I would never recommend them to anyone. If you're getting married soon and searching for a videographer, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Hiring Macrohype was the biggest regret of my wedding planning. I won't lie, the photography was very well done, no complaints there. But the videography? A complete disaster.I paid for 4 hours of video coverage, and was promised:- Delivery within 2-3 weeks- A 2-7 minute highlight video- The full 4-hour raw footage- All the key moments I requested would be capturedNone of that happened. The highlight video was sent to me 5 weeks later, less than 2 minutes long, poorly edited, and completely missing the moments I specifically asked for. The footage was choppy, rushed, and felt like random clips thrown together. The raw footage was nowhere near 4 hours. It was a collection of short clips that totaled barely an hour of footage. The videographer missed major, irreplaceable moments. Despite texting me the morning of my wedding to ask for the itinerary, he told me he was busy and couldn't talk until 4 pm because of another job, my wedding started at 6. He had assured us he'd arrive by 5:15 pm, but he showed up late and ended up getting there at the last possible minute. When he finally arrived, I listed the key shots I wanted: my husband's entrance, my brother's entrance, my own entrance, the ceremony, and our exit. He failed to capture almost all of them.HE COMPLETELY MISSED MY HUSBAND'S AND MY BROTHER'S ENTRANCES! My own entrance was shot from so far away you could barely see my face. He stopped recording before the end and missed our wedding exit entirely. We rented a car just for our wedding exit, and it's not in the video at all. Despite my mom confirming with them that they'd record until the end, they did not. To make matters worse, their communication has been awful. They take forever to reply to emails or even return phone calls. They've offered me no apology, no compensation, and no accountability.I'm left devastated since I was counting on these videos to preserve one of the most important days of my life. I now have nothing to look back on.Please save yourself the pain. Do not hire Macrohype Videography.

While I am happy with enough of our pictures despite paying for two hours and receiving one hour, I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. We booked almost a month before our date and had been told it had been booked with a photographer when they confirmed to go over times and locations (the photographer told us he was not booked until the day before). However, we were not connected with our photographer until 6:30 PM the night before the shoot. While booking was easy at the beginning, communication did not flow as we were told until the night before. When I booked, I put on the booking sheet that we were interested in 3:30-5:30, but would like to discuss the timing as best to hit the golden hour. I repeated this again over the phone and through text yet was told this was our booking time and nothing could be done. Since the sunset was at 4:47, we had just over 1 hour of shooting. We had asked to start inside because we really wanted pictures taken, but because of the sunset we could not do it and the last time to go into the museum was 4:30 PM. Our photographer did not arrive until 3:45 (traffic and commute time was not properly taken into consideration, but not really blaming him). We paid for 2 hours of photography time, but received just over one hour. We also asked for inspiration pictures which I thought was appropriate, but did not do a lot more poses than what was specifically asked for. When I reached out to Roman, he responded at first to my issues but did not offer any assistance and then stopped responding. He basically said it was my fault for booking the time even though I had put these comments into the note at booking, over the phone when we spoke the next week, and again in text before this conversation took place. I guess it is my fault for getting what you pay for, but again will never use nor recommend this company to anyone looking for a photographer .

I had a consultation call with Colin with KME.digital today and was very impressed. Not only did he ask pertinent questions to understand my needs, he really listened to my responses to undercover my goals before providing potential avenues we can look at. I appreciated his expertise surrounding SEO, google rankings and Pay Per Click advertising. As a small business owner, and more importantly a micro business, my goals are unique and different from other businesses. But Colin was able to navigate that to make suggestions applicable to me. Not just a cookie cutter approach.I'm looking forward to the opportunity of working together with KME.digital for an ethical, solid digital presence.

SEO vs PPC: Which Is right for your business?

TrustModerate (some users skip ads)High (users trust organic more)

EffortBidding & creative testingContent creation & technical

In 2026, the debate isn't about which is better, but which is faster. With AI Overviews (AIO) now dominating the top of search results, both Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC) have had to change.

The short answer: PPC brings fast results; SEO builds momentum over time

Use SEO when you want long-term, compounding traffic and can afford to wait for results. Use PPC when you need immediate visibility, fast testing, or predictable demand on a controlled budget.

For best results, combine both methods.

What is the best PPC platform for my business?

If your goal is...Use this platform
Immediate sales or leadsGoogle Ads (Search)
Building a brand/lifestyleMeta (Instagram) or TikTok
Selling to other businessesLinkedIn Ads
Selling products on a budgetAmazon Ads or Microsoft Ads
Targeting Gen Z or trendsTikTok Ads

The best platform depends entirely on your business model and where your customers spend the most time. Since the rise of AI-integrated search, PPC has split into two worlds: intent-based (people looking for you) and interruption-based (you looking for them).

Best for most businesses:

  • Google Ads: Ideal for high-intent traffic. If someone types "emergency plumber Cheney" or "best CRM for startups," they want to buy now.
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram): Best for visual products and impulse buys. If your product looks great in a video or photo, Meta's algorithm is elite at finding people who didn't know they wanted your product until they saw it.

The specialist platforms:

  • LinkedIn Ads: The gold standard for B2B. It is expensive (high CPC), but your B2B PPC agency can target by specific job titles (e.g., Director of Logistics) or company size.
  • Amazon Ads: A must for physical product sellers. It often has a higher conversion rate than Google because users are already in shopping mode.
  • TikTok Ads: In 2026, TikTok is a massive search engine for Gen Z and Millennials.

Alternatives:

  • Microsoft advertising (Bing): Often overlooked, but it reaches a more affluent and older demographic (usually 45+). Competition is lower, so your cost-per-click (CPC) is often 30% cheaper than Google.
  • Reddit & Quora: Best for niche, high-trust communities. If your audience is highly technical or research-heavy, appearing in these threads can feel more like a recommendation than an ad.

How much does PPC agency management cost?

Your total PPC cost is ad spend plus management fees. Industry competition determines how high both numbers go.

Average costs for a standard PPC campaign are:

  • Ad spend: $500 to $20,000+ per month
  • Cost-per-click (CPC): Approximately $1.62 per click
  • Cost-per-1,000 impressions (CPM): Approximately $3.12
  • Remarketing CPC: $0.66 to $1.23 per click
  • Tools and software: $15 to $800 per month

Agencies usually charge using one of these models:

  • Percentage of ad spend: 12% to 30% of monthly spend
  • Flat monthly fee: $1,000 to $3,000 for small to mid-sized businesses
  • Project-based pricing: $1,000 to $10,000+ for audits, setup, or short engagements

Average CPC in 2026 across major industries:

IndustryAverage CPCAverage CTR
Business Services$5.375.62%
Health & Fitness$4.716.88%
Education$4.396.21%
Animals & Pets$3.907.39%

How long does it take to see the results of a PPC campaign?

You will see traffic in 24 hours, data in 2 weeks, and true profitability in about 3 months

PPC delivers results faster than SEO, but it's not instant. While your ads can appear within hours, profitable, stable results generally follow a three-stage timeline.

  • Days 1 to 7: Ads go live and gain immediate traffic. The platform's AI tests audiences. Avoid changing settings, or you will reset the learning process.
  • Weeks 2 to 4: You spot winning ads, block wasted search terms, and see early leads or sales. Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) may be high because you’re buying data to see which ads convert.
  • Months 2 to 3: You have enough data to cut underperforming keywords and double down on profitable ones. Results stabilize, and you hit your target return on ad spend (ROAS).

Who owns your ad accounts?

You should, but you might not. The legal and technical ownership of an ad account depends entirely on how it was set up and what is in your contract.

If you set up the account using your business email and your credit card, you own it. You simply invite a PPC agency as a partner or manager. If you choose to finish the partnership, you maintain full control and can remove their access at any time. You keep all the historical data, the winning ad formulas, and the tracking pixels that have learned who your customers are.

When a PPC agency manages campaigns under its own account, you don't retain ownership. If you part ways, you could lose valuable campaign data and have to start from scratch.
