He then used his own network to promote it internationally. Extremely disappointing – project left unfinished, no communication for monthsI hired Mr Sparks in September 2024 for a website redesign and brand refresh, with a delivery timeframe of 3–5 weeks outlined in the contract.While a logo was delivered early on, the rest of the work essentially stopped by December. Since then, there was a complete breakdown in communication from Mr Sparks, with a 2.5-month gap where I received no updates at all—despite numerous attempts to make contact via email, WhatsApp, phone, and in person.When I eventually heard back, the responses were apologies and excuses, but no clarity or timeline for delivery. As of April 2025, my website remains unchanged from when the project began, and I’ve had to put my new offer on hold, unsure what (if anything) was being worked on.This has caused serious disruption to my business and form a professional company this is utterly unacceptable.I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
