I can't find the words to explain how incredible this company is, after using another company who showed ableism, misogynistic attitude and discrimination towards me, as well as severely messing up my order, I sought out another company.My nerves were a wreck, I put a plea out on Facebook to ask for help with recommendations, Bradley reached out to me in a non-judgemental none threatening manner, this is my first venture into publishing and after that first experience I was genuinely terrified about the same thing happening again.Bradley was incredible, he metaphorically held my hand throughout the entire process, when I was having wobbles he reassured me, when I was getting stressed he calmed me, he went above and beyond for me and I will never ever forget his kindness, compassion and understanding.If you are looking for incredible customer service, high quality professional printing then look no further than Bradley and his team, I will not go anywhere else ever again!Bradley and team, from the bottom of my heart thank you so much.Rainbow Dandelion Crochet (Sarah)

I have been working with Jon for some time now, and with the support of JonUX Creative I have managed to develop my core brand into 4 sub-brands for each service that I offer.I approached Jon with a complicated brief. I had already established my business for some time, and after realising that I should have created separate brands for each service I offer, I wasn't sure how to move forward. I wanted each sub-brand to be distinguishable (Counselling, Blogs, Podcast, Groups), but to also link to an overall ethos/value that was incorporated in the core brand (Silence Speaks).Jon took the time to listen to my problem, before conducting his own research and identifying a solution that other brands (BBC, Amazon, etc) had also faced. We worked together to establish a new layout for my services and the overall brand, and once Jon & I agreed on how this would look (using Miro along the way to make the whole process simplified and easy to navigate), he went to work on the graphic design side of things and supported me to implement the new brand in my marketing plans and on my website.The whole experience was enjoyable from start to finish, and I managed to pick up quite a few skills along the way, due to Jon's ability to relate some of his skills on to others. I look forward to working with JonUX Creative again in the future, and would highly recommend other businesses/startups to get in touch to see how JonUX Creative can support your brand journey.

We worked with Essex-based Qivo on a complete refresh of our Deadline Communications website and couldn’t be happier with the result. While our previous site looked fine, it no longer reflected the quality, scale, or professionalism of our work, and it was built on an ageing CMS that raised concerns around security and maintenance.Qivo took the time to really understand what we needed and delivered a clean, modern, mobile-first site that’s intuitive and easy to use. Our services are now clearly presented, navigation flows much better, and strong calls to action, including quick enquiry routes and click-to-call, make it far easier for visitors to get in touch.From a technical perspective, the focus on speed, accessibility, and usability was excellent. I can't recommend this company enough. Espescially Caitlin, She has been incredible.
