  I'd give Eleken's UX designers a 5/5 overall, no hesitation. The two designers I worked with were fast, and constantly surprising me with high quality prototypes. Their attitude is genuinely helpful, always willing to jump on a call or dig into a weird edge case. But what impresses me is they don't just make things pretty. Every beautiful UI decision comes backed by actual UX principles and reasoning, not just subjective taste. Highly recommend them.

  For founders, you often need product design rather than pure UX design. The 2 are more far apart than it seems, especially if your product is complex in workflows. Eleken prides themselves on having the stomach for SaaS. And claimed that not all agencies are geared for it. I’ve witness their capacity to engage in enterprise workflow designs which is not UX designs in its traditional sense anymore.
