After having a bad experience with Elite, I received a call from Cody. My guess, he's a CSR. I was impressed with his passion for customer service so I decided to give them another try. Cody was on top of the job and exceeded my expectations. The boxes were perfect and delivered quicker than promised. I ended up giving them another job. This second box was absolutely magnificent. Elite printed a book box for a client of mine for a book set. I included a spot gloss and it turned out wonderfully. The template was excellent and the instructions for specs were very clear. They come across very off putting and like they are on a whole different level and are too good for almost everyone. I don't think many people like to feel small.
