Working with Makelike was such a great experience. From the start, they really took the time to understand what we were looking for and came up with designs that felt spot on. I have been using the buildfire mobile app platform for over 3 years now, and this platform is amazing. I've tried other platforms. But, nothing comes close to Buildfire. The features and additional functionality are far superior than any other app platform on the market. With this platform I'm able to provide many options for my clients throughout a list of industries. But, what makes Buildfire reflect superior status is their customer support. Both Sean Hamasha my account manager and Mark Wyatt my customer support specialist are a pleasure to work with. Each of them provide different roles helping me. When I reach out for support I get an immediate follow up on my questions. If I have any technical glitches Mark is always responsive and can't do enough to make sure my apps are running smoothly. When I have any requests for guidance on how certain features can be used, or helping me with structural plans for my business, Sean is always there to guide me through. As a business owner in the media industry for over 30 years, I've always said your employees are a reflection of your brand, and both Sean and Mark are what makes Buildfire the brand they are today. I called blastoff! Studio because i needed help with my branded logo that another company horribly blundered. Nate Kupish answered the phone. He was happy to stop what he was working on and took the time to hear my problems and what I needed done. He truly made me feel like I was his most important customer. He explained his fee rates and the process of reworking what I had. He explained it would take him around a day, maybe two depending on what I had for him to work with. He instructed me to send what I had to him. Nate jumped right on it made the revisions so fast it was incredible. I can't recommend Blastoff! Studio enough. I regret not contacting Blastoff sooner than I did. Not using Blastoff is a complete waste of time and money. They are absolutely the best available.
