Beyond Bancard

Top service and staff. Fast onboarding & sent out our 20 terminals on time & working perfectly for our business. When we call someone answers every time without fail & handles any issues promptly. They invited us to their office for a meeting about our multi location business & went over all details, trained on terminals, & gave us the comfort we needed. Thank you Jimmy! "

Please be aware of this company. Based on our experience, it appears to be involved in fraudulent practices. They charge both merchants and customers and fail to remit any payments to the merchant.I strongly advise exercising caution and conducting thorough due diligence before engaging with them. "

Our experience with Beyond Bancard has been extremely disappointing. After weeks of underwriting — sending documents, reviewing terms, and multiple calls — they ultimately declined our file for the same reason they had already cleared during their initial pre-vetting process. This was a complete waste of time and effort. The communication throughout was inconsistent, and it felt like we were led along without transparency or accountability. Businesses rely on honesty and efficiency during underwriting, and unfortunately, Beyond Bancard failed on both fronts.I would strongly caution others to ensure clear, written expectations and underwriting parameters before engaging with this company. "

We’ve had a great experience with Beyond Bancard! Their customer service is next level anytime we’ve had a question or needed assistance, their team has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Alex Perez is the best! The rates are competitive, and the processing is smooth and reliable. Setting up our account was straightforward, and we appreciate their transparency with fees. Highly recommend for any business looking for a solid payment processing solution! "

Beyond Bancard made setting up my small business account a smooth and hassle-free experience. The process was quick and easy, and my account was up and running in no time. I highly recommend working with my agent, Juan N. at Beyond—he was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions about pricing and the setup process. As someone new to this, I really appreciated his guidance. The team is friendly and well-informed—definitely a great choice for any small business! "
