When I am returning his call, to no avail.I understand that maybe there's a pile of applicants. I just told myself to wait.REMINDED HIM OF THESE INCIDENTS THAT YOU GUYS SHOULD ALSO KNOW AND BE INFORMED OF:January 27 or 28 - I called to follow-up but he told me, He's on leave.January 29, 2026 - tried calling. I have to make sure that he or the organization would know and feel my strong interest in applying.Same date he broke the NEWS, "SORRY, NAKA-HIRE NA KAMI LAST NIGHT!"Again, after that call February 20, HE AGAIN TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR MONDAY (FEBRUARY 23,2026) FOR MY FINAL INTERVIEW.AS EXPECTED, NOTHING HAPPENED. But to my dismay, NO ACTIONS HAVE BEEN TAKEN PLACE.SUGGESTING THAT BE FRANK AND BE HONEST TO YOUR APPLICANTS AND TO YOUR EMPLOYEES AS WELL.BE TRANSPARENT. SO NO TIME WASTED. FIXED THE PROCESS AS WELL. "
