I used FirstBase last year to set up my company, and honestly, I can’t recommend them if you’re looking for real guidance. The whole process felt very automated, almost AI-generated, with minimal human support. Their replies are slow or nonexistent, and the help they provide is extremely limited, which makes it really hard, especially if you’re a beginner trying to figure things out.If your only goal is to technically open a company, then yes, they can do that. But beyond that, don’t expect much. For the price, I’m sure there are cheaper options that deliver the same (or even better) level of service.I wish I had gone with a provider that actually offers hands-on support and clear explanations, because FirstBase made an already overwhelming process feel even harder. "

I must agree with the previous comments. I reached out to them for assistance in creating a new business and wanted to schedule a quick call to ask several questions. This was their response:"We would love to support each one of our customers with a personalized phone call. However, the live chat and email service allow us to interact with you more efficiently."Wow… who would trust a business that can’t even take a quick call to speak with potential customers? "

Beware everyone who reads this. Once you subscribe Firstbase. There is no easy way out. There are a lot of hidden charges. And it's useless. They can't even provide you a way to open up a bank account which might be naturally your first preference getting an LLC.They also charge you extra to have an address that you can't use anywhere as an office address. Just a mailbox they scan and send you documents from you might recieve twice and thrice in the first year. And they charge you 150 plus USD just for this.At the end when you unsubscribe everything. There is no unfiling of your business. You have to do it yourself. So you're stuck forever if you are not able to do that yourself.Firstbase itself is just crap. "

Not reliable at all,they said they did my annual reporting and paid 300 government fee, and charged my credit card , a year later I find out they never file and paid government fee but still charged my credit card, isn’t it fraude ? "
