Behind the scenes, every decision was strategic: connecting emotionally with our audience, building fandom, improving usability, and driving sales. "

Goji Labs partnered with us to design and build a web-based trivia game playable on both desktop and mobile. They guided the mechanics, UX, and overall design while developing the software on a Java stack. Players receive a new puzzle daily, like ranking countries by GDP per capita, with multiple attempts to get the right order. Goji Labs also built the admin console so our team can manage content. Their involvement turned our idea into a polished, engaging product. "

I contacted Goji Labs to develop our website from scratch in WordPress, asking them to design pages with a text-forward focus to clearly describe our services. The site is live now, and they also provide hosting and maintenance. Beyond that, they consult on major updates and enhancements, ensuring the site continues to grow with our needs. "

I worked with Goji Labs to develop our platform’s MVP. They started by helping me run research and customer interviews, then moved into design and defining core features. From there, they built the MVP using Ruby on Rails and continue to maintain and host the platform. Our marketplace connects sponsors, athletes, and universities, integrates Stripe for payments, and ensures compliance with state guidelines. Their partnership helped us turn our vision into a working product. "

I partnered with Goji Labs for UI/UX design optimization. They worked directly with our technical team to understand backend limitations, then designed frontend solutions using Figma and FigJam. We began with UX research, customer outreach, and mapping existing features, then tested low-fidelity wireframes before refining into stronger solutions. Their Double Diamond methodology helped us iterate widely, then narrow into ideal designs. The project is nearly complete, with only a few refinements left before handoff to engineering. "

Goji Labs supported our app’s UX design and website development. At first, I only had a general idea of what we wanted, but their team gathered stakeholder input and guided us through iterations of low- and high-fidelity prototypes. They used Figma, HTML, and CMS integrations to bring our product to life and handled API integrations as well. Goji Labs built a large-scale website for us with about 150 pages. They implemented all the functionality we needed while giving the site a modern, animated design that still scored highly for page speed. "

Overall, the work was delivered within a reasonable timeline. We did go past our initial timeline but that is to be expected in such a project. We were also being very rigorous on the quality of the results and asked for last minute changes, so the delay was partly our responsibility. They took onboard the input, changes and adjustments we requested along the way. The team worked with us patiently and with understanding - and a common goal of making it right. "

The project team did a round of internal discovery, making sure to document the current process as a base for changing flows, including moderated testing with existing users. They then sketched out flow diagrams of alternative orders/different ways to acquire the same information/etc. That evolved into lo-fidelity wireframes, which were then used to conduct moderated and unmoderated testing and uncover any new problems they introduced.Those wireframes were refined based on feedback, then expanded into high-fidelity designs, with constant refinement along the way, including one additional round of unmoderated testing. The result was a thorough and well-document Figma project with all screens needed to move to implementation. "

We shared our vision and requirements with Goji Labs, and they guided us through workshops to prioritize features and map out inputs and outputs. Their team interviewed potential customers to validate our plan, then translated everything into UI/UX flows using Figma. The process gave us both customer validation and clear designs for moving forward. "

Another vendor had started our project, but Goji Labs stepped in and completed 90–95% of the work. They improved what had been done, added missing pieces, and finished on schedule. They brought strong technical skills, reasonable pricing, and a boutique level of service where we worked directly with decision-makers. "
