From 2019 I'm a customer with them.i started with a big box first year.Next year i hired a small one £80 as big one i can't afford. Later with officials notice it’s turned £85. But every year i had to do hard bargain with paul for the prices. Even i never meet the owner several times i asked for it. They are good but i don’t like the way they make Price higher without a notice. "

Timing on weekend needs to change. It should be accessible till late hours and automated inline with contactless facilities "

I visited with my husband. The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude, I felt quite intimidated and felt like a complete inconvenience. For this to be the first person upon entering is extremely poor service. Her language and voice was extremely ‘shouty’ and I honestly wouldn’t come back purely based on her behaviour and mannerisms. "

I want to say thank you to the staff, both very pleasant and it was actually and enjoyable am out with the 2 toddlers. Apologies, didn't get you name, gentleman was excellent, by even giving the 2 toddlers a key of their own (not the safe of course). Staff are a true credit to this place, need more people like you.
