I have been using VisualNEO software from Sinlios for many years with great pleasure. In particular, I successfully teach the VisualNEO Win programming environment to students of humanities at Tyumen State University. My course 10 days ago was recognized as the best one in the university! It became possible only thanks to VisualNEO. I use the VisualNEO Web application development environment in my scientific work and personal life. My experience proves the effectiveness of VisualNEO for teaching programming from scratch and for creating projects of any complexity. I know that VisualNEO can be very successfully used in ordinary schools at computer science and programming lessons. Moreover, I am sure that VisualNEO is the best tool for schoolers and adults! I am grateful to Sinlios for the fact that the staff provides the best support for their clients. And they manage to do it for clients on all continents! Honestly, I do not know more positive user and client experience! That's why I write this review with a huge gratitude to them all! Special thanks to the unique developer Luis Hernández Peña! He and his team can do anything! People should know about it!

Visual Neo Web for developing Web, Mobile and Desktop Apps is excellent software, which is improved and extended very fast by Sinlios director Luis. Luis has not only a positive attitude in finding impressive technical solutions, but also an efficient and effective way to communicate with users (expert and newbie). For me, it's a great pleasure to share my Visual Neo Web experiences with Luis: the last weeks I've learned a lot and meanwhile I'm able to build nice apps, thanks to his adequate and friendly support.
