Every time we brought this up, we were told that SEO 'takes time' and to 'trust the process.' I feel very disappointed for their lack of reliability and responsibility to inform me what's going on. Anyone knows what's going on with this company? Website paid in full, hosting annual fee paid in full and they are not giving any response to my requests. Thank you
