During my nearly three years of employment with this organization, I have confirmed that it is a company with solid professional foundations. The team is made up of high-caliber professionals, from whom I have had the opportunity to learn significantly and with whom I have maintained excellent working relationships. During this period, the company demonstrated responsible management and compliance with established labor agreements.
However, during the last year of my employment, administrative decisions made by management led to a considerable deterioration in the work environment and in the fulfillment of company obligations. The breaches of contract, the lack of transparency in communication, and the prolonged administrative silence regarding legitimate requests completely transformed my perception of the organization.
This situation led me to decide to terminate my employment with the company. Unfortunately, the termination process dragged on for six months, forcing me to file a petition and subsequently a tutela action to enforce my labor rights.

Terrible, a company that stigmatizes its employees for simply demanding their labor rights, calling them communists or rebels, who have a slave-like mindset and are also capable of leaving their employees (some even sick) without pay or with a partial pay, which after months of debt is not enough for anything... their excuses, they have even blamed the government, but they have never been able to recognize their terrible administrative management.

This is an excellent company to waste time, money and everything that goes with it, LATE PAYMENTS, THEY DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT, YOU HAVE TO VOID YOUR VOUCHER AND EVEN SO MONTHS GO BY AND THEY DO NOT PAY THE SETTLEMENT, OR THE BALANCE PAYMENTS FOR MONTHS THAT WERE PENDING PAYMENTS, BONUS AND, WORSE EVEN, THEY OWE SOCIAL SECURITY. If you have to make an excellent decision, it is not to look at ASESOFTWARE; there is no growth, there is nothing!!! Nothing they promise you, nothing they talk about is fulfilled, they start by owing you 1 month, then 2 and if they owe you 3, it is better to resign!!!
