They meet our needs with a quick response. They're willing to work with us and handle issues. The quality of work is decent. Our IT director mentioned that Maxiom Technology is competitively priced compared to other vendors. The team gives a reasonable deadline at the outset of projects and usually sticks to it. We communicate via email and phone. Their response time and communication are impressive. Be honest with what you're looking for. Maxiom will be responsive and willing to investigate your needs. The team may offer solutions you might not have thought about before.

Software Development Review from Andrew Meiners

Maxiom Technology has been working with Truth Quotient LLC on program managment in quantifying the scope of work of the Maxiom Technology developer. The Maxiom Technology developer has been working with us every day over the last 8 months or so on developing a custom software tool. They have delivered the product to us and we are in sales at this point. We are continuing to refine and develop the software daily.

Web Development Review from Laura Cole

Maxiom Technology has been designing and building a new website from scratch. We started the project with a robust discovery phase, where the team queried us about our design and branding goals for the site. They provided us with a site map of our existing website, which we used to inform the new structure. The team also pushed us to determine what we wanted out of a content refresh, so I ran several internal discussions with our team and relayed feedback to Maxiom Technology. We had our own brand standards, but we didn't have any specific requests for the design. We just wanted Maxiom Technology to standardize each department page and develop template themes for other pages. The team worked iteratively to design templates for each page using Figma. They also designed different navigation options for mobile and desktop. We wanted to enable user acceptance testing (UAT), so they built clickable, high-fidelity prototypes. They also updated our websites backend to facilitate communication with our servers. Now, they;re rebuilding our content editor to help us update the site while adhering to our brand. Soon, they'll start developing the website using DotNetNuke (DNN), an open-source platform.

AI Automation Review from Faisal Iltaf

I run a remote marketing agency, and like most agency owners, a good chunk of my team's time was going into work that shouldn't require human attention. Content workflow management, pulling reports, outreach follow-ups, CRM updates. All necessary, all repetitive.I brought in AI Automation Agency 360 to fix that. They mapped out where the bottlenecks were, asked the right questions, and built systems that actually fit how we work. Not generic templates. Custom builds. The results were straightforward: content moves through our pipeline faster, reporting is handled without someone manually compiling data, outreach runs on schedule without constant supervision, and our CRM stays updated without anyone chasing it.What I appreciated most was that they're builders, not consultants. They didn't hand me a strategy doc and leave. They built the thing, made sure it worked, and moved on. That's what you want from an automation partner. If you're running an agency and still doing these things manually, there's no good reason for it. These guys know what they're doing.
