I led the rollout of a new background-verification web app and partnered with Appening to handle wireframes, UI/UX design, and Angular front-end development. They broke the work into 15-day sprints, adding extra designers or devs whenever we needed them. Communication flowed over Slack, Trello, and occasional JIRA check-ins, ideas and feedback were always heard and acted on. The final product launched on schedule, scales to our growing client base, and sports a clean, intuitive interface that’s already earning compliments. Appening’s flexibility and proactive input made the entire process straightforward and efficient.
