UI/UX Design Review from michelle G

The quality has been excellent. Working with Nurency has been really good. We come to them with ideas and they work through the processes. After some back and forth, they improve upon what we gave them. We dont have any quantitative data because we havent fully deployed the solution. The project management has been great as well. The person we dealt with was on top of everything. They kept up to date with timeline and budget concerns. We used some tools during the design process, but nothing was set.

UI/UX Design Review from Rohan S

We provided Nurency with our idea and vision of what we wanted to accomplish, who the users of our platform would be, what value we wanted to provide to each user, and what features we wanted to implement. After that, nurency held a series of workshops, where we put together a list of features, inputs, and outputs. Based on that, they were able to give us the flow and options for the UX, as well as what the screens would look like. Their team also engaged with our potential customers; they had interviews with them to validate our business plan, including the features and functions. They gave us feedback on the value that our customers were looking for as well. They were able to map everything out in the UI/UX using Figma.

UI/UX Design Review from Andreas Birnik

Nurency is providing us with UI/UX design services. They're optimizing our existing solution and all its underlying constraints. The team has worked with our technical and engineering teams to ensure they understand the challenges of our backend and then interpreted what we needed for the frontend design. We started with a UX research phase where we did outreach to existing customers, and they worked to go through our existing UX to map out all the essential features that needed to be deployed.

Web Design Review from Abraham Meidan

Our old website was stuck in time, clunky, outdated, and honestly didn’t do our work any justice. We knew we needed a complete overhaul. The goal was simple: create a modern, polished platform that reflects what WizSoft does today, helps potential clients quickly understand our products, and builds real trust from the first click. They redesigned everything from the ground up. full website design and development, clear and scalable layouts, product detail pages that actually explain things well, and a clean structure that’s easy to navigate. They gave us mockups for every screen, and we worked closely on content using shared docs. Revisions were fast, honest, and collaborative. Nothing ever felt like a hassle. The impact was almost immediate. Within weeks of launch, our traffic jumped over some unimaginable amount of percentage and that was without any real marketing push. Inquiries doubled. But more than just numbers, we noticed better leads. Real people, serious conversations, and more trust upfront. And for the first time, our brand felt aligned with the quality of our product.

Web Design Review from Paulina Sadlowska

Our website had grown tired. It was built over five years ago and no longer reflected the energy, diversity, or ambition of who we are today. It was hard to navigate, uninspiring to look at, and frankly didn't connect with our students or community the way it needed to. We wanted more than just a cosmetic upgrade, we needed a full redesign, one that would feel modern, intuitive, and purposeful.Within weeks of launch, we saw a measurable shift. Web traffic jumped by over 40%, inquiries from prospective students doubled, and event sign-ups started to rise steadily. But more than the numbers, the feedback changed. Students said it was easier to find what they needed. Parents could navigate with less frustration. Staff felt proud to share the site again. It was a transformation and not just in design, but in confidence. This wasn't just a web project. It was a turning point. We walked away with more than a new site. We walked away with clarity, pride, and a stronger digital voice for Calderdale College. If you're serious about building a site that truly reflects who you are and what you stand for, Hook UX is the team to trust.

We brought in HookUX to rebuild our site from the ground up. the old one just wasnt working anymore. it was slow. We needed a cleaner look. better user flow. stronger mobile experience. and something easier to manage in-house.they did everything. from auditing the site to helping us plan out every step. they redesigned the homepage and core pages to feel modern but still on-brand. made navigation simpler. added a better ecom setup so our community could use it with fewer clicks. cleaned up the backend. helped with seo too so more folks could find us. they even trained our team on how to use it all. felt like they thought of everything.
