Belvoir were struggling to break free from the ‘special occasion’ stereotype and into the everyday. The range was in place but no one knew about it, so we took over the summer so no one could miss it.
We created a show stopping 28m droplet shaped hot air balloon, which took over the skies of Britain at a number of festivals including Big Feastival, Countryfile and BBC Good Food. Unbelievable standout drew in the crowds who sampled products and captured unique photos, whilst in-store on pack and sampling offered the chance to win balloon getaways. Bespoke digital and social content supported the campaign and the unique shape of the balloon secured massive PR reach nationwide.
76,000 people sampled the product throughout the summer, with the campaign seeing 15,337 likes on Facebook and 52,130,566 total PR circulation.

Glassworks Amsterdam commissioned us to facilitate the studio motion control shoot for this Christmas campaign for German store, Penny. The intricate sets were rigged and lit in our Birmingham studio and served as backgrounds for the CG animated characters. The story follows a struggling single mother who makes Christmas special for her son using creativity and limited resources. Waltham Forest, the very first London Borough of Culture in 2019. We were tasked with producing the film that would kick it all off, launching the programme of arts and culture that is to come over the next year. The film needed to present all those involved with the major events that the Borough of Culture would bring to Waltham Forest, whilst being inspirational, building suspense & excitement.
One of the challenges we faced was having to reveal and present the events, that were going to happen in the future. To overcome this, we collated as much content as possible from all the artists who are to be involved & combined it with footage we captured over two days in the London borough. Ultimately, this embedded footage of events that have happened elsewhere, within the community of Waltham Forest. To further enhance this, there were various tricks in the edit, such as overlays, glitches, sound effects and many more, layered to produce one impactful launch film.
As well as being released across various online platforms, such as social media, the Mayor of London presented the film attendees of the programme launch in October 2018. It has since acted as the headline film, leading up to a year of exciting events for Waltham Forest & the first London Borough of Culture.

Direct Line for Business were struggling to drive awareness and reach the right people in the small business sector. They wanted a creative digital campaign that would increase their visibility amongst target audiences and generate qualified leads for their liability insurance.
By closely analysing the online behaviours of our target audience (builders, plumbers and small business owners), we got to know who they were, where they were active and what type of content they engaged with. Video was by far the most popular content type – in particular, pranks and “laddish” humour. With the Olympics on the horizon we also identified an opportunity to take advantage of the feverish media attention around this event. These insights combined to directly inform our creative strategy.
Putting these insights into practise, we developed the Trade Olympics, a series of hilarious short videos that showed tradesman competing in different Olympic events while simulating exaggerated carelessness on building sites. These were shot in “UGC style” to provide an authentic look and feel and used CGI to bring the extra drama. Teaming up with On The Tools to help promote the videos, they quickly went viral on social media, generating millions of views and thousands of shares. All while highlighting, in a fun way, the need for liability insurance.

After the 2017 fire inferno at Leiria, Portugal that burned 9 thousand acres of pine trees, Siemens Portugal decided to replant, clean and eradicate to prevent further fires. The largest volunteer action ever undertaken by Siemens in Portugal led 500 employees to plant 25,000 trees in a single day. The company donated a total of 45,000 trees in a programmed intervention to 59 hectares.
We developed the brand for the event, created the graphic design for stickers, jackets and the overall communication.

Our client, Restorative Solutions, delivers Restorative Justice across the UK in sectors including criminal justice, education and health. They also train RJ practitioners and run conferences.
Hotfoot works with Restorative Solutions to look after their website and to create content for their blog and national Facebook page. We have also designed websites and created campaigns to inform and educate the public about Restorative Justice, what it is and how it works.
Alongside this we provide ongoing graphic design and digital design services, copywriting and PR to ensure that they are able to present a complex subject clearly and in a way that is easy to understand.

Client 1 – CONVERSE with One Star HotelBACKGROUND: The Converse One Star Hotel, landed in the heart of Shoreditch during school half-term which co-incided with London Fashion Week – one of the busiest times in the fashion and streetwear calendar. Such timing was planned to specifically engage Converse’s target consumers and to be able to dominate social media with live, dynamic content. OBJECTIVES: Converse wanted to give its’ consumers, media and influencers an experience that would exceed any pre-conceived brand expectations. They sought an exhilarating activation, with a campaign that looked to merge relevant lifestyle experiences with retail – all to meet the demands of their youthful, fashion, tech savvy Converse customer. Inspiring social advocacy at all points, the goal was to position One Star sneaker as a street style icon and cement Converse as the brand of the anti-hero.STRATEGY: Inspired by the footwear, each room and communal area had their own unique creative direction, telling authentic stories and inspiring interaction. Every touchpoint spoke to the One Star attitude, from the abusive bathroom mirrors, revolving beds as well as hotel staff, fashion shows, food and music performances. RESULTS: 3345 guests checked in, 100+ hours of live content, 226m media impressions, 40k new Instagram followers and extensive press coverage in Dazed, ES, Complex, i-D and Rebel. $50k retail revenue.
