Porter Pro is the absolute best in the area!! The team was very professional, on time, and worked hard to make sure I was happy with my final product. The team created a mini documentary from scratch for me on a personal health issue. I hired Social Hustle expecting a strategic, high-level marketing partnership—but what I received was a deeply unprofessional and costly experience that harmed my business and wasted my time.First, they continuously mismanaged our ad campaigns—running ads to the wrong URLs, not properly tracking conversions, and making careless mistakes that cost me tens of thousands of dollars in ad spend. Despite spending over $15,000, there was little to no return on investment, and no solid explanation for why the campaigns failed to perform.Instead of owning these mistakes, they offloaded tasks that were clearly outlined in our agreement onto my internal team—putting an additional burden on us for responsibilities they were paid to handle. This showed a complete lack of accountability and integrity.Even more alarming, my TikTok ads account was banned under their management. I’ve never had that happen before, and their response was dismissive and vague. They left the account in limbo with no recovery plan or transparency, and when I expressed concern, their tone turned defensive and unprofessional.Communication throughout was inconsistent, dismissive, and at times, disrespectful. When I raised these concerns, instead of resolving the issue or offering a solution, they shut down all meaningful dialogue.This was not just a disappointing experience—it was a damaging one. I would not recommend Social Hustle to any serious business owner looking for reliable, competent marketing support. Protect your investment and partner with a team that values your brand as much as you do.
