Terrible, intolerable service. At first, they treat you well, but the Barcelona group, Norma Marcos, is very informal, unclear, and leaves everything to the last minute, without planning anything in advance! If they continue like this, they'll go far.

Andrejs and his team were superb to work with throughout our experience. A friend had recommended looking up NEAT for our company's needed videos for an upcoming accelerator program. We came to Andrej without a very clear vision of what we would like to have created, and a very tight deadline. We came across NEAT via a video that they had shot for a friend's business. It looked expensive but was such good quality that we decided to get in touch anyway. We are SO pleased that we did. We had a tight budget and timeline so needed a company that was both affordable and efficient. We had a loose outline of what we wanted but NEAT were great in helping us focus down on the actual content as well as advising on the best types of shots, arrangement and music to make the video even better than we could have imagined. If you're thinking about contacting NEAT, please do it. They are a pleasure to work with (communication is second to none) and very knowledgeable.
