Living here for eight years now. Best part is the open space right behind the society that helps a free flow of fresh air and Sunlight into all the flats from back side. Flats on the front also have a view to the roadside and Pune city. Those living in 'A Wing' building have a picturesque view of Fort Sinhgad. Well run management by society governing body. Cleanliness is maintained all the time. Annual and frequent check ups done for all water, electric and other facilities. Only issue that troubles is the noise at night of traffic on the road just besides the society.
