We recently worked with Geeks to do a scoping workshops/Solution Design for the development of a application for streamlining our reporting and surveying processes. The process from opening meeting to final wireframing was seamless. The knowledge and approach of the Business Analysts and the whole team were excellent, they listened, advised and offered thoughtful suggestions for improvements. The end specification for the application met and in many ways exceeded my expectations.Professional, friendly and smart. Great experience

We recently completed a solution design project with Geeks, and I can not speak highly enough about the service we received. Geeks really are experts are making the complex appear (relatively) simple. Through a thorough and detailed solution design process, we created a prototype product that met all of our requirements. Geeks focus on producing visual representations of the product you are seeking - which is a far more efficient and helpful way of solution designing (as opposed to a written specification). Thank you very much for your support once again and I look forward to working together again in the future! Bradley (Associate Director)

Found Brand Agency has been so much more than just a service provider—they have been a true partner in every sense throughout our rebranding process and the launch of our new brand identity. As someone new to brand identity design—and transitioning from a completely different industry and role—I had countless questions and unknowns. Found not only met each challenge with professionalism and expertise but also demonstrated an exceptional ability to understand our firm at a deep level. Their thoughtful approach went beyond methodology and best practices; they anticipated our evolving needs, provided insightful recommendations, and guided us with care through every decision, even addressing out-of-scope concerns with unwavering dedication.Rebranding is an intricate and sometimes overwhelming journey, full of variables, but Found's commitment to truly knowing and supporting us made all the difference. They didn’t just deliver a brand identity; they nurtured a relationship, ensuring that every step aligned with our vision and set us up for long-term success. When starting a new business, we needed someone that could help us find our unique voice in the market. We were entering a crowded space. We felt there was an opportunity in this market, but our brand itself had to be differentiated, the product alone wouldn't stand.Enter Found Brand Agency. They worked with us to tell our story and bring it to life. They helped us build the entire brand: logos, artwork, photography, messaging and website. It is one part of our company that we are most proud of.Found Brand has a collaborative style and a design process that makes you feel heard, but also enhances your ideas in ways you wouldn't have devised on your own. If you understand the importance of a brand and you're willing to invest in that part of your business, I would highly recommend Found Brand Agency as not just a transactional hire, but as a partner and adviser to help you succeed in the market.

I have been blown away by Ruby's Shores, Waves CMS software. I rebuilt three websites in no time at all, and have been able to decrease my workload on site maintenance. The sites have been vastly improved in all areas, from look, to usability to how organically the site is found. The ability to create new ideas and implement them immediately has been a game changer. On top of all of that my business has increased in what would be a down year for my location, so the website is being found and used. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Velg Training Review from Google

Velg Training's Review Sourced from Google

Velg Training has had an excellent experience working with Digital Bird. Jonathan has supported us with a complex Laravel/PHP website and has brought a rare mix of deep technical knowledge, practical problem solving, and clear communication. He has assisted with major infrastructure and platform work across AWS, Laravel Forge, Cloudflare, Redis, S3, Sentry, PayWay, Mailchimp/Mandrill and related integrations. His work has included setting up and migrating infrastructure, improving performance, resolving production issues, monitoring errors, modernising legacy code, and strengthening the reliability of key business workflows such as checkout, invoicing, membership exports, PDF generation, transactional emails and background queues. What stands out most is that Jonathan does not just “fix the ticket”. He investigates properly, explains the cause in plain language, and looks for the right long-term solution rather than quick patches. He has helped us move away from fragile legacy processes, improve automated testing, reduce errors, improve email reliability, address performance bottlenecks, and make the platform easier to maintain into the future. He is responsive, thorough and highly professional, with an obvious understanding of business-critical websites and custom web applications. We would happily recommend Jonathan to any organisation needing a skilled, reliable and commercially minded Laravel/PHP web developer.
