  Duple IT Solutions's process is extremely streamlined. We completed a questionnaire shortly after signing the contract that outlined our business, our goals of the project, and features and functionality that we wanted to see achieved through this project. After that, we had a kickoff call to walk through the questionnaire with key team members that we worked with throughout the project to answer questions and dive deeper on some topics.We then looked at two concepts for homepage design and initial copy ideas. Once those were approved, we moved into sub-page design and working with their team on copy for the subsequent pages. Once the site was out of development, we worked with their technical team on QC's and looped in our hosting team to work through site launch. Everything was really nice from beginning to end.

  Theyre very good at project management. We use Basecamp for communication, and we constantly go back and forth discussing progress and milestones. We have a weekly call through Microsoft Teams, during which Duple IT Solutions updates me on what they've done over the past week and what they'll be working on next week so that we can make sure the project is staying on time and on budget. We occasionally use email, and I keep in touch through WhatsApp as well.
