I had the worst interview experience at this software company. From the start, the communication was terrible. I never received a confirmation email or clear instructions for the interview, so I had to chase them down to get the details. Once I arrived, the interviewer seemed disinterested and unprepared. They asked irrelevant questions that had nothing to do with the job role, and it felt like they were just going through the motions. The whole interview was rushed, with no chance to discuss my qualifications or ask any questions. To top it off, I never heard back from them after the interview, even though they promised to follow up within a week. It’s clear they don’t value candidates' time, and I would never consider working for a company with such a disorganized, unprofessional hiring process. Avoid this company if you value respect and clear communication.
