I am extremely satisfied with the guidance from Dutchworld. We wanted to actively use the CRM within 2 months. It took 1 month for part of the team to run a test, followed by the entire team a week later.This while our company is located in Germany and I am the only one who speaks Dutch from home.The people are highly motivated. The collaboration is pleasant. And therefore successful.

I came into contact with Dutchworld a few months ago to implement Odoo 14. Despite the tight timing and ambitious deadline (we had to go live before the high season), we managed to set up a running system within a very short period of a few months. Dutchworld consists of a great group of people to work with, always ready, short lines and quick action.Every implementation has ups and downs and we had some hick-ups by opting for the latest version of Odoo and encountering a number of bugs, but this was not Dutchworld's fault and the contact with the Dutchworld developers is always very nice and straight forward. They are very solution-oriented and have provided us with good guidance. Even during the weekend, they checked to see if everything was running well and stable (from the servers to the production orders and deliveries). Certainly not a 9 to 5 mentality and that was greatly appreciated.We look forward to taking the next steps with Dutchworld in expanding and improving the ERP system and can certainly recommend this club!
